This project was set in motion in 2023 and finished in 2024. A refit of existing space where many of the existing equipment was reused and repurposed. The new offices were to be used by a digital media production company that focuses on healthy environment at work as well as efficient space use. I had the opportunity to design lighting and small power according to the client brief with the help of my collogues and other contractors (mechanical, fire alarm and etc.). 

Existing lighting luminaires were reused or repurposed on the sixth floor. New luminaires were used to provide efficient lighting to offices, corridors, meeting rooms and breakout areas. It was challenging because the project was tight on time and collaborating with various contractors the design kept changing to become the best it can be for clients purposes. 

Small power was chosen based on the clients needs in the offices and equipment used throughout the building. Fire alarm drawings were produced for the contractor responsible that have provided suitable locations on site. 

High level power was coordinated with mechanical equipment contractor so that we could provide efficient electrical equipment for their use.
