This office refit project was based in an eight storey building in Bristol and was finished and opened in 2023. It contained five upper floors (third, fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh) to be refit for a new solicitors office with the idea to be environmentally sustainable and have more spaces for relaxation and physical exercise for the staff that will occupy the building. 

Keeping the original ceiling grid for panels, lighting was to be reused where possible in the office spaces. Installing new luminaires in the corridors, meeting rooms and entertainment areas. 

Small power to be installed to suit office desks and equipment used within the building for clients satisfaction. 

We got to design fire and security equipment that was handed over later to hired contractors and specialist to install. 

I got to assist in the finishing stages of the project, survey for record drawings and update them to suit. As well as update and produce accurate testing sheets for distribution boards and services in use for records.
